The Last 5 Years

Kyla Phoenix Silverthorne originally hails from Marshalltown, Iowa, but moved to Eau Claire, Wisconsin in 1998 and then to Medford, Wisconsin in 2016. She is currently in a loving relationship with Jeremiah Poncek and they are raising her son Dereck and their daughter Amelia together. The last 5 years of her life have been extremely difficult and have included many life changing events such as a job loss, foreclosure, domestic abuse, divorce, custody trauma, public shaming and slander, mental & physical health problems, religious & ideological changes, finding and becoming committed to her soulmate, pregnancy, major life goal shifts, weight loss & diet change, and acquiring an entirely new and wonderful life.

Phoenix Rising Resource Center – Our goal is to provide individuals and groups with sacred space in nature to host healing & educational retreats, seasonal celebrations and spiritual ceremonies.

Phoenix Alchemy – Our goal is to provide people with educational information about how to use plants medicinally, nutritionally and spiritually to heal the mind, body and spirit.

Phoenix Mageki – Mageki is a healing art form that incorporates multiple healing techniques such as: Reiki, Crystal & Stone Therapy, Sound Therapy, Aroma Therapy, Chakra Cleansing, Pendulum Work, Herbal Therapy, Aura Readings, Divination Guidance, Guided Meditation, Healing Prayers and most importantly Personal Empowerment. Our primary focus is to empower people through education to heal themselves. We believe in the idea of long term healing through education rather than repetitive healing sessions.

Phoenix Fire Studio – The studio’s goal is to offer high quality items for spiritual practices and energy working that are mostly created in a Eco-friendly manner by re-purposing reclaimed items.

Bewitchin Kitchens – Our goal is to educate community members on how to cook, bake, and preserve garden fresh food through canning, dehydration, smoking and by the use of a root cellar.

Silver Creek Farm – Our goal is to provide the community with organic and wild foraged foods while following sustainable principles.
