This year we had a bumper crop of peppers and of course tomatoes, so I am making salsa today. It will be a tomato, tomatillo and jalapeño salsa. Of course it will have onions, cilantro, bell peppers and garlic. The truth is I have so many jalapeño peppers that I will need to can some of them this year. This is the first time I’ve done a combination between tomatoes and tomatillos, so I’m very excited! Hope this inspires you all to use your blessings from the garden to create wonderful recipes.
