Over the last week we have been canning like crazy and I just needed to share with everyone a picture of what our Jelly and Jam storage shelf looks like. Left to right here is the list of them as they are above and the jar below – blueberry jam, golden cherry jam, apple jelly, crab apple jelly, a double stack of strawberry jam, cinnamon apple jelly, apple butter, elderberry jelly, current jelly, wild black cherry jelly, and wild red plum jelly. The other ones I have yet to do are black plum preserves, larger pints of apple butter, papaya, kiwi, rhubarb, peach, orange and tangerine marmalade, and my own private stash of wild strawberry. Yummy, yum, yum!
